We needed a solution to accurately track and manage the extensive commercial office space we occupy in India.

As a part of our endeavour to evaluate the right solutions, we ran a couple of facility pilots with Grydsense. GrydSense enabled us to map out office utilization real-time, providing valuable data that empowered our middle managers and facility teams to make informed, data-driven decisions for both existing properties and new developments.

The process was seamless, significantly improving our efficiency. Additionally, GrydSense contributed to our decarbonization efforts by optimizing energy use in lighting and HVAC systems and helping us manage air quality for a better occupant experience.

As we expanded new offices in Bangalore and Gurgaon, we were looking to build an office space that used technologies in a post pandemic world to implement some of our objectives of hybrid working, employee well-being and continually working to reduce our carbon footprint.

We were impressed with the GrydSense technology of a pre-integrated sensor that is secure and enables us to create better employee experience, besides optimizing space and reducing our carbon footprint. We implemented their SaaS solution at two locations to start with and are currently rolling it out to the other locations first in India and will definitely consider them for our other offices across the globe. As our team has started to come back to the office, we have started to generate some very interesting insights based on the various use cases that we believed as important to our business.

Based on the recommendation of the PMC, we installed the lighting management system for one of our clients Microsoft at our KP Tower in the NCR region. We have been using the system for over 6 months and have been very happy with the performance and is better than other competitor products that we have used in some of our offices. We have already issued blanket PO towards future purchases and that reflects our trust in the quality.
